Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping
Custom orders will be filled within five to ten business days (some cases sooner or longer than others).
All online orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days unless items are pre-sale.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.  Refunds will not be permitted.  Exchanges will be accepted within three days of receiving item, according to the delivery date marked by the postal service provider.
